Booking Request Page

Once you have followed the initial steps listed on the home page, please fill out both of the following forms. In the first form, the booking request form, please answer all of the sections provided. On the second form, please fill out all of those sections and make your selection.

*Unless stated otherwise, bookings MUST be made at least 7 days before the desired shoot. Any booking requested sooner than 7 days out, may be attainable but there will be a "rush fee". (I am a college student so I HAVE to plan ahead to make sure assignments are completed)

**DEPOSITS: In order to hold your requested date, your deposit must be paid. If for any reason you must cancel your scheduled shoot, you WILL get your deposit back as long as you inform me of the cancelation at LEAST a full 48 hours before the scheduled time.
